Scouting Report: As the top prospect in the state of Missouri, there is a lot to like in Tepesch's right arm. He's got good arm strength and the chance to throw a plus fastball. His curve, with some help, could be at least a Major League average offering. His mechanics, though, will need an overhaul, as they cause him to have command issues.
