Scouting Report: Is highly intelligent, both on and off the field, and uses those smarts to pitch around hitters. His cut fastball can shut down the opposition. Has a tendency to outsmart himself at times when his pitches. At his worst, he leaves the ball up in the strike zone and gets tattooed.
