Scouting Report: Puts his entire frame behind a fastball that can reach 100 m.p.h., and is equally effective against hitters from both sides of the plate. Needs to work on locating his fastball and deepening his arsenal of pitches in order to become an elite closer. Will at times lose his composure.

The list of available closers for the 2010 off season is short and expensive. Beyond even the financial compensation that will be required to sign a closer, all but Fernando Rodney are Type A free agents, meaning draft pick compensation would be required as well.
