Scouting Report: Another in the running for top 2010 arm, Taillon is a big, strong RHP with an intimidating presence. He combines low to mid 90s velocity with a hard breaking curveball that is his out pitch. Being from Texas, his body and stuff are beginning to garner Roger Clemens comparisons. He has verbally committed to Rice.
