There is a report today in the New York Post that the Dodgers have made a two year, $60M offer to Manny Ramirez There are whispers that the offer was made by the Dodgers knowing that the Scott Boras, Ramirez and co. would not accept the deal and the attempt by the Dodgers front office would appease their fan base.
